VREX - Varex prices private offering of $300M debt offering

Varex Imaging (VREX) has priced a private offering of $300M of 7.875% senior secured notes due 2027 at 100% of the principal amount.Net proceeds will be used to fund its existing credit facility and for general corporate purposes. Offering is expected to close on September 30, 2020.Concurrent with the proposed Offering, the company expects to enter into a new senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility for a total of up to $100M.Previously: Varex announces $300M senior secured notes offering (Sept. 22)
