Vasta Platform ( NASDAQ: VSTA ) commenced a transition period of its CFO; from today until Sep.15, 2022, CFO Mr. Bruno Giardino will transfer his activities to Mr. Cesar Augusto Silva, after which, Mr. Giardino will be dedicated to personal projects.
Mr. Silva will serve as new CFO and Mr. Mario Ghio Junior, Vasta’s CEO will assume the responsibilities of investor relations also.
Mr. Silva has been working at the Cogna Group as Controllership Director since 2016.
