VSTA - Vasta Platform CEO Mario Ghio steps down after ~30 years with company

Vasta Platform ( NASDAQ: VSTA ) said Thursday Mario Ghio will step down as chief executive officer after nearly 30 years with the company.

COO Guilherme Mélega will assume the CEO role.

Beginning in April 2023, Ghio will assist Mélega with the transition until April 30, 2023.

Ghio will continue to serve as a member of the company's board and play a role in its long-term strategy.
