VBL Therapeutics (VBLT) has entered into share purchase agreements with Aspire Capital Fund, under which Aspire has committed to buying up to $20M of the company's common stock over a 30-month period.Proceeds from sales of ordinary shares pursuant to the purchase agreement will be used for working capital and for general corporate purposes.No warrants or other derivative securities are involved in connection with the transaction.Shares are up 9.5% PM.
