VPTDF - Ventripoint Diagnostics Issues Shares in Final Payment of Debenture Interest

Toronto, Ontario – TheNewswire –February 10, 2021 - Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. (" Ventripoint " or the " Company "),(TSXV:VPT ) ; ( OTC:VPTDF) announces the issuance ofan aggregate of 131,430 shares for the finalinterest payment of $23,274 on Convertible Debentures issued by theCompany on February 6, 2020, replacement Convertible Debentures issuedthe same date, and Convertible Debenture issued September 11, 2020.All debentures have been converted to common shares of the Company,and interest is calculated to the date of conversion. The shareswill be issued at a deemed price based on the closing market price ofthe shares on the date of conversion, subject to the approval of theTSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”). Two directors of the Company willreceive a total of 49,255 common shares in final payment of $5,967.20of interest on their debentures.
