Toronto, Ontario – TheNewswire –July 5, 2021 - Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd.(" Ventripoint " or the" Company "), (TSXV:VPT ) ; (OTC:VPTDF) is pleased to announcethat it has engaged Digital257 TechnologiesInc. to provide investor relations and social media services pursuantto a consulting agreement dated June 2, 2021.
Digital257 is a digital marketing firm specializing ininvestor audience growth and awareness. Digital257 provides digitalmedia and capital markets communications services and will assist thecompany with on-line communications with the goal of increasing marketawareness of the company. In consideration of these services, thecompany has agreed to pay Digital257 a fee of $92,500.00 (Canadian)for an approximately nine-month contract. Digital257 is anarm's-length party to the company and does not currently own anysecurities of the company as at the date hereof but may purchasesecurities in the company from time to time for investment purposes.The consulting agreement with Digital257 is subject to acceptance bythe TSX Venture Exchange.
