Toronto, Ontario – TheNewswire –March 2, 2022 - Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd.(" Ventripoint " or the " Company "), (TSXV:VPT ) ; ( OTC:VPTDF) is pleased to announce it has engagedToronto-based marketing firm North Equities Corp. to provide marketingservices to the Company.
North Equities Corp. specializes in various socialmedia platforms and will be able to facilitate greater awareness andwidespread dissemination of the Company's news.
The initial term of the engagement is 12 months and the agreement maybe cancelled before the 6-month anniversary. The Company will payNorth Equities a cash fee of $50,000 per 3-month period and hasgranted 330,000 stock options with an exercise price of $0.33 pershare exercisable for a period of two years vesting quarterly inaccordance with TSXV policies.
