Toronto, Ontario – TheNewswire - January 13, 2021 –Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. (“ Ventripoint ” or the “ Corporation ” ) , ( TSXV:VPT ) & ( OTC:VPTDF) announces the granting 100,000 options to each of theDirectors of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.10 for a termof 10 years with 25% vesting immediately and 25% vesting each year for3 years thereafter. In addition, 1,410,000 option have been granted toemployees and consultants at an exercise price of $0.10 for term from1 to 10 years, with variable vesting schedules. The Corporation nowhas 1,542,435 options available for future grants under the StockOption Plan as approved by shareholders at the last Special and AnnualGeneral Meeting on December 14, 2020.
