(“ Ventripoint ” or the “ Corporation ” ) ( TSXV:VPT) (OTC:VPTDF) announces thaton September 15, 2021 the Board of Directors approved the granting ofan aggregate of 300,000 options to a consultant of the Corporation atan exercise prices from $0.50 to $.55 for a term of one years andvesting from immediately to over 9 months. The Corporation now has6,006,590 options available for future grants under the Stock OptionPlan as approved by shareholders at the last Special and AnnualGeneral Meeting on August 9, 2021.
