("Ventripoint" or the "Company", TSXV:VPT, OTCQB:VPTDF) is pleased to announce that they have received CE Mark for the VMS+ 3.0 system allowing it to be sold for clinical use throughout the European Union and other CE Mark countries. The VMS+ system can be used for all four chambers of the patient's heart to obtain volumetric measurements and is a valuable tool for clinicians when diagnosing patients with cardiac problems.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women worldwide and having a non-invasive system to obtain volume and ejection fractions for all 4 chambers of the heart is essential for patient care.
The VMS+ 3.0 system is now commercially available in Canada and Europe. The system is for investigational use in the United States and pending pre-market 510K clearance by the FDA.
