• The company’s common stock is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on a split-adjusted basis at the open of trading on May 12, 2023.
• The company’s stockholders previously approved the reverse stock split at the annual and special meeting of stockholders held on May 10, 2023 at a ratio ranging from 1-for-5 up to a ratio of 1-for-15.
• The stock price has dropped 2% on Thursday pre-market.
