VRME - VerifyMe acquires assets of Trust Codes

• VerifyMe ( NASDAQ: VRME ) and subsidiary PeriShip Global has acquired the assets of Trust Codes.
• Trust Codes was founded in 2013 and delivers cloud-based brand protection based on a unique per-item digital identity. It is a New Zealand business.
• This acquisition will strengthen VerifyMe's ability to deliver product traceability services to a global customer base.
