- VerifyMe ( NASDAQ: VRME ) said on Friday that the technology solutions company will be organized separately into authentication and precision logistics segments as part of a strategic reorganization.
- Nancy Meyers is set to become the CFO. Margaret Gezerlis will be stepping down as CFO, but will provide strategic consulting services to the company, effective July 31.
- Also, President and COO Keith Goldstein will be leaving the company. Goldstein's responsibilities will be integrated into the CEO role effective July 31.
- Paul Ryan, co-founder of the unit Trust Codes, will be the executive vice president for the authentication segment. Meanwhile, Curt Kole, with 25 years of experience in the logistics industry, will be the executive vice president for the precision logistics segment.
