- Verisk Analytics ( NASDAQ: VRSK ) plans to repurchase $2.5B of its common stock under accelerated share repurchase agreements entered with each of Citibank, N.A. and Goldman Sachs.
- At the inception of the agreements, the banks are expected to make an aggregate initial delivery of ~10.7M shares to the company.
- The final settlement of the transactions is expected to occur during the company’s fourth fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2023.
- VRSK shares gained over 1% premarket
