Vext Science Inc ( OTCQX:VEXTF ), a U.S.-based cannabis operator Thursday said Stephan Bankosz will resign as CFO and Corporate Secretary effective August 25 to pursue other opportunities.
Vext named financial executive and operator Trevor Smith as CFO.
