VIAV - VIAVI Announces Notice of Full Redemption of Its 0.625% Senior Convertible Notes due 2033
SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- (NASDAQ: VIAV) VIAVI Solutions Inc. ("VIAVI") today announced that it has issued a notice of redemption for all $142,735,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 0.625% Senior Convertible Notes Due 2033 (CUSIP No. 46612JAF8) (the "Notes") on October 10, 2018 (the "Redemption Date"). The redemption price for the Notes is equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest until, but excluding, the Redemption Date.
VIAVI has instructed Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as the trustee for the Notes, to distribute the notice of redemption to all registered holders of the Notes. Copies of the notice and additional information relating to the procedure for redemption may be obtained from Wells Fargo Bank, National Association by calling 1 (800) 344-5128.
