ViewRay ( NASDAQ: VRAY ) said Friday it will be delisted from Nasdaq and begin trading on OTC markets.

Due to the company's recent Chapter 11 petition and concerns about its ability to sustain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq, the company is expected to be delisted.

Trading of the company's common stock will be suspended at the opening of business on July 26, 2023.

The company's common stock is expected to trade on the OTC exchange under the symbol "VRAYQ".

The transition to the OTC markets will not affect the Company's intention to continue to operate in the normal course while in Chapter 11.
