• Vinci Impacto e Retorno IV, VIR IV, has a unique strategy in Brazil, with a dual mandate to generate favorable market returns and an impact, through the acquisition of minority holdings in Brazilian SMEs.
• This transaction marks VIR IV's sixth investment.
