VSH - Vishay Intertechnology announces executive transition plan

• Vishay Intertechnology ( NYSE: VSH ) board announced executive transition plan wherein three executive officers will leave the company, effective Dec.31, 2022 and two new officers have been appointed, effective Jan.1, 2023.
• Johan Vandoorn, EVP – Chief Technical Officer; Clarence Tse, EVP and Business Head Semiconductors; and, David Valletta, EVP – Global Sales will leave the company on Dec. 31, 2022.
• Mr. Tse's responsibilities will be absorbed by Jeff Webster, who was earlier appointed by the Board to the newly created position of COO, effective Jan.1, 2023.
• Effective Jan.1, 2023, Roy Shoshani is promoted to the position of EVP - Chief Technical Officer.
