Edmonton, Alberta – TheNewswire - November 24 , 2022 – Visionstate Corp. (TSXV:VIS) (“Visionstate” or the“Corporation”) announces that as a result ofthe resignation of its previous auditor RSM Alberta LLP, the directorsof the Corporation have appointed Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP,Chartered Professional Accountants, as auditors of Visionstateeffective November 18, 2022.  The change in auditor has been approvedby the Corporation's board of directors and its audit committee.

As part of the recent resignation and appointment therehave been no reservations in the auditor’s reports of RSM AlbertaLLP or reportable events in connection with the change of auditor asdefined in regulatory policies.  In compliance with applicableregulatory requirements the appointment of the Corporation’s newauditors will be brought before the next shareholdersmeeting .
