VTRLY - Vitrolife AB appoints Bronwyn Brophy as CEO

• Vitrolife AB ( OTCPK:VTRLY ) has appointed Bronwyn Brophy as CEO effective 01 August 2023, to succeed Thomas Axelsson, who will leave his position as CEO effective, 31 March 2023.
• On departure of Thomas, Jón Sigurdsson, today Chairman of the board, will assume the position as interim CEO until Bronwyn Brophy starts her appointment.
• Consequently, the board has appointed the current board member Henrik Blomquist as chairman of the board until the annual general meeting 27 April 2023.
