- Operator, acquirer and developer of clean energy technologies and environmental solutions provider, Vivakor ( NASDAQ: VIVK ) received notice from Nasdaq as it failed to timely file its annual report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022.
- The notice informed the company that it is required to submit a plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing requirements within 60 calendar days of from the date of the notice.
- If Nasdaq accepts the plan, Nasdaq may grant an exception of up to 180 calendar days or until October 16, 2023, to regain compliance.
