Viveve Medical (VIVE) prices its upsized public offering of units for gross proceeds of ~$24M.Offering is comprised of 4,607,940 Class A common shares at $3.40/share, each unit consisting of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock, at an exercise price of $3.40/share; 2,450,880 Class B shares at $3.40/share, each unit consisting of one share of Series C convertible preferred stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock, at an exercise price of $3.40/share.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 1,058,823 shares and/or 1,058,823 warrants. Closing date is January 19.Shares are down 24.5% PM.
