VG - Vonage Holdings appoints IBM's Stephen Lasher chief financial officer

Vonage Holdings (VG) appoints Stephen Lasher as CFO effective Jan 29. Mr. Stephen joins Vonage from IBM, where he spent the last 24 years of his career.Most recently, Mr. Stephen served as Vice President of Finance for IBM Global Markets and Integrated Accounts.Tim Shaughnessy, who has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer since August 2020, is expected to remain with the Company through Feb. 2021 to ensure a smooth transition.Previously (Jan. 14): Vonage appoints IBM's Jay Bellissimo chief operating officerShares +3% premarket.
