VG - Vonage pushes higher as Ericsson M&A talks look to close before late July

Shares of Vonage Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:VG) have jumped 8.6% in early market trading as the merger between the cloud communication provider and Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) looks to close. The merger has cleared all requisites of both foreign and US regulatory approval requirements, and the two parties are working to conclude the regulatory process as quickly as possible.
