Voyageur is very pleased to announce that FrankWright and Ralph Hesje are being appointed to the Voyageur Board asDirector’s effective immediately. Voyageur iscommitted to create a strong independent board of directors withextensive experience in board management, business development,business management, manufacturing & processing management,logistics, merger and acquisitions, strong backgrounds in corporategovernance and ethics, and have track records of building multiplesuccessful corporations.
Mr. Hesje is a senior executive having led a number ofprivate and public companies as president, CEO and as a board memberin Argentina, Brazil, USA and Canada. His first Board appointment wasin 1993. He has served on non-profit, private and public companyboards. His experience includes pipelines; oil and gas; civilconstruction; construction contracting; automation and wastemanagement industries. With extensive experience in businessstart-ups, he currently is the Chair of a TEC Canada peer groupcoaching senior leaders on transformational change management,leadership excellence and enterprise success.
Mr. Wright is a senior executive with extensive P&Lexperience in both domestic and international industrial mineraloperations with a successful record in creating joint ventures,initiating new operation start-ups, and leading acquisitionactivities. He is recognized as a strategic and innovative leadercapable of achieving stretch goals in difficult and diverse businessclimates. His executive experience has been enhanced by broad-basedfunctional line responsibility for marketing, product development,quality assurance, and operations management. He has served as a boardmember on several international joint venture companies and as theChairman of the Board for the Chamber of Commerce in Highlands Ranch,Colorado.
Director Randy Henkle resigned as a director ofVoyageur Pharmaceuticals.
