Calgary, Alberta – TheNewswire - March 22 nd , 2021 – VoyageurPharmaceuticals Ltd. ( TSX.V : VM ) USA (OTC : VYYRF) (the "Company"or "Voyageur") announces that it has signed a cost plus manufacturingagreement with Alberta Veterinarian Laboratories Ltd.("AVL"). This agreement allows Voyageur to begin the processof formulating and testing our new products with AVL and prepare forproduction and sales. AVL is committing mixing and fill lines forVoyageur's production. Voyageur and AVL are working jointly to createhigh quality health products for the clinical radiology market. AVLwill be responsible for all Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients("API") formulation, bottling and packaging. Voyageur willfocus on country by country regulatory approvals, marketing, sales,logistics, distribution and supply-chain management to enter the NorthAmerican market and new markets worldwide.
Voyageur will be finalizing the product lines andimplementing final testing of products prior to full production startup. The pre-production phase is estimated to be completed in Q4 2021and entails packaging design, fill line design & testing,laboratory batch testing, client batch testing, forward sales andmarketing.
AVL recently completed construction in January 2021, ofits modern and state of the art Good Manufacturing Practice("GMP") pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. AVL receivedits Drug Establishment Licence (DEL) and havepassed the inspection and are in full compliance for manufacturing,testing, distribution, importing API and labelling of powders,solutions, suspensions, pastes, ointments.
