April 26, 2024 – TheNewswire - Vancouver, B.C. - VRResources Ltd. (TSXV:VRR ) , ( FSE:5VR ) ; ( OTC:VRRCF), the " Company ", or “ VR ”, further to the Company’s news release of March 11, 2024wherein the Company announced that it had entered into a binding, definitiveagreement with Neotech Metals Corp.(“ Neotech ”) effective March 8, 2024 (the“ Agreement ”) pursuant to which the Company agreed to sell to Neotechits 100% interest in its Hecla-Kilmer REE mineral property located inOntario (the “ Transaction ”), the parties have executed an amending agreement (the“ AmendmentLetter ”) effective April 23, 2024 (theAgreement and the Amendment Letter collectively the “ Amended Agreement ”)whereby, the Closing Date of the Transaction has been extended to June30, 2024 in order to facilitate a vote of the Company’s shareholdersat a General and Extraordinary Meeting, to be held on May 31, 2024 asrequired by the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange .
