Only the outstanding 14.1 milliontradable warrants (VSBY.WT) issued pursuant to an August 2020financing which had an expiry date of August 28, 2023, are beingdelisted. The Company’s common shares continue to trade as usual inits listed markets.
It is unfortunate the wording of the notice has hadsome of our shareholders thinking the Company itself and its commonsshares were being delisted, this is simply a wrong interpretation of astandard notice of delisting expired warrants.
