VSEC - VSE Corporation prices public offering of common stock

- VSE Corporation ( NASDAQ: VSEC ) announced on Thursday that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 2,475,000 shares of its common stock at $48.50 per share.
- VSE also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 371,250 shares of common stock.
- The offering is expected to close on July 24 this year.
- Net proceeds of about $112.7M will be used to repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility and any remaining amounts for general corporate purposes.
