VYNE Therapeutics ( NASDAQ: VYNE ) has announced that its Board of Directors has approved a reverse stock split of the Co.’s common stock at a ratio of 1-for-18 .
The reverse stock split was previously approved by stockholders at the Special Meeting of Stockholders on January 12, 2023.
