GRA - W.R. Grace and 40 North agree to extension of nomination deadline

W.R. Grace (GRA) and 40 North Management announced that the parties have agreed to extend the nomination deadline for 40 North to submit director candidates for the board from tomorrow until April 26.The extension comes as 40 North and W.R. Grace continue talks about 40 North's raised $70/share offer for the chemical company.There's no assurance that a deal will result and the parties have agreed not to comment further before April 26.Last week, W.R. Grace bidder 40 North said it submitted bid with debt, equity commitment letters.
