HTBK - Walter Kaczmarek rejoins Heritage Commerce as interim CEO

Heritage Commerce Corp ([[HTBK]] -0.3%), the holding company for Heritage Bank of Commerce ((the bank)) has appointed Walter Kaczmarek as the Company’s and banks interim President and CEO to succeed Keith Wilton, who retired as President and CEO of the Company and the Bank effective March 12.Mr. Kaczmarek is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Company and the Bank. Previously, Mr. Kaczmarek served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank from 2005 until August 2019.
