(“BEACN” or the“Company”) (TSX-V:BECN) announces that,subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the Company isseeking to extend the term and amend the price of certain warrants(the “ Warrants ”) of the Company which wouldotherwise expire on October 29, 2023.

The Company intends to extend the expiry date andreprice the 2,916,666 Warrants granted onOctober 29, 2021, with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchaseone common share of the Company, as follows:
