• For the fourth quarter of 2024, the Wasatch International Opportunities Fund—Investor Class declined -8.87%, underperforming the benchmark MSCI AC (All Country) World ex USA Small Cap Index, which was down -7.66%.
• On a geographic basis, the Fund’s holdings in Japan detracted from performance relative to the benchmark, while stock selection in Australia contributed to relative results.
