Washington Prime Group (WPG) shares rise 2.3% in after-hours trading after the mall REIT's lenders and forbearing noteholders agree to extend its forbearance period again, this time by about a week to May 5.The company continues negotiations with those noteholders and lenders to restructure its capital structure. Last month, the company said the restructuring may be executed through Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
