WPG - Washington Prime Group extends forbearance agreements for two more weeks

Washington Prime Group (WPG) gets another extension to its forbearance agreements with certain lenders and noteholders, this time bringing their expiration to April 28, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET.WPG gains 1.9% in after-hours trading.Its forbearance agreements had been set to expire on April 14.The mall REIT is continuing talks with the noteholders and lenders to restructure its balance sheet. Last month, WPG said it might implement such a restructuring through Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
