HK - WaterBridge wins $800M to fund infrastructure deals with Halcon NGL

WaterBridge Resources says it has secured up to $800M in financing that will be used to pay down debt and buy nearly 70 miles of water gathering pipelines and 19 saltwater disposal wells in the Permian Basin as part of two separate deals with Halcón Resources (HK-5.2%) and NGL Energy Partners (NGL+0.4%).
