TORONTO, March 15, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wayland Group (CSE:WAYL) (FRANKFURT: 75M) (OTCQB:MRRCF) (“Wayland” or the “Company”) today announced that it has completed the drawdown of the second facility under its previously-announced subscription agreement with Alpha Blue and issued the corresponding Convertible Debenture and Facility Warrants.
