WeedMD ([[WDDMF]] -4.1%) is merging with Starseed Medicinal, a Canadian based system built around a virtual pharmacy-model which provides sales platform that takes online orders and intuitively completes direct billing adjudication and processing where applicable.WeedMD will complete its full patient migration with Starseed Medicinal online marketplace by early October.Upon completion of merger, all patients will have full access to WeedMD-produced dried flower, oil concentrates, softgel capsules and Aurum vaporization, including access to Mary’s Medicinals topicals gels and creams slated to roll out later this year and will be available under one unified Starseed Medicinal online marketplace.The Company’s NorthStar Wellness clinic will be assisting with the complementary patient migration.Financial terms of the transaction not disclosed.
