WERN - Werner Enterprises announces data integration with Decisiv

Werner Enterprises (NASDAQ:WERN) has announced a new data integration with Decisiv, a provider of asset service management ecosystem. The logistics firm is integrating the Decisiv Service Relationship Management (SRM) platform into its EDGE Application Programming Interface (API) powered applications to help expand its repair network to over 13,000 repair shops in the company's vendor network. The integration provides Werner with immediate access to 5,000 repair shops through the Decisiv network. Estimates are now automatically uploaded to Werner’s Breakdown Management system, which has led to significantly fewer direct calls. The integration saves an estimated 15 minutes per repair order. Currently, Werner has integrated with over 33% of comprehensive vendor network to improve efficiencies as part of an ongoing innovation strategy.
