WRN - Western Copper and Gold secures $25M in equity
Western Copper and Gold ([[WRN]] -3.4%) has increased the size of the previously announced financing, to sell 17.2M shares at $1.45/share for gross proceeds of ~$25M.Underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 2.6M shares; if the over-allotment option is exercised in full, the total gross proceeds would be ~$28.8M.Net proceeds will be used to fund its exploration, engineering and permitting activities and for general working capital purposes.
