Shares of cross-border money transfer giant The Western Union Company ( WU ) have fallen 75% over the past five and a half years, as perceptions of lost business due to competition weigh. The company’s Consumer Money Transfer revenues have declined markedly since FY21; however, that is due largely to impactful geopolitical events more than from perceived secular headwinds. With Trump's immigration policy hurting results in FY25 but a growing Consumer Services business and a well-covered 11.7% yield, the recent CEO and CFO insider buying merited a deeper dive.
