WeTrade Group ( NASDAQ: WETG ) received a notice letter from Nasdaq as the company failed to timely file its annual report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022.
Nasdaq may grant an exception of up to 180 calendar days from the due date of the form 10-K or until October 16, 2023, to regain compliance.
The company will submit the plan to regain compliance and the 2022 annual report at soon as possible.
