Based upon an analysis of the information contained in the publicly filed documents of Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (WHLR), it is clear that the common stock has negative value and is worthless. I attempted to find value for the common shareholders and only by making generous assumptions as to capitalization rates and potential sales was I able to find marginal positive value for the common stock.
