WTM - White Mountains Insurance commences $500M cash tender offer
- White Mountains Insurance Group ( NYSE: WTM ) announced Monday that it has started off the self-tender offer to purchase up to $500M in its common shares, priced between $1,250-$1,400 each, in cash.
- That would represent the repurchase of around 12-14% of the company's shares outstanding.
- The insurer said offering will expire at 12 midnight ET on Sep. 20, 2022.
