White River Bancshares Company ( OTCQX:WRIV ), the holding company for Signature Bank of Arkansas, said on Wednesday that its board has reinstated the stock repurchase program, as part of which it will repurchase up to 5% of the outstanding shares.
The program was first implemented in September 2019.
White River Bancshares may purchase shares on the open market.
