WTW - Willis Towers Watson acquires Butterwire; Reinstated neutral at Goldman Sachs

• WTW ( NASDAQ: WTW ) has acquired Butterwire, a FinTech provider of data analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms.
• The acquisition will further strengthen company’s world-leading capabilities in delivering climate risk analytics to organisations around the world.
• Butterwire will become a part of WTW’s Climate and Resilience Hub.
• Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
