Brossard, Quebec - TheNewswire -February 20, 2025 – Windfall Geotek Inc.(“ Windfall ” or the “ Company ”) (CSE: WIN, OTCQB: WINKF, FSE:L7C2) is pleased to announce the appointment ofMarcel Robillard, Michel Fontaine, and Mario Drolet to the board ofdirectors of the Company.
The Company also announces the resignations of DavidBeck, Dorian Nicol, and Joseph Lafleur from their roles as directorsof the Company, effective immediately. The Company would like to thankMessrs. Beck, Lafleur, and Nicol for their contributions during theirtenure and wish them well in their future endeavours.
In connection with the changes to the board ofdirectors, Messrs. Beck, Nicol and Lafleur will not be standing forre-election at the meeting of shareholders of the Company to be heldon February 21, 2025 (the “ Meeting ”). As a result of the changes to theboard of directors of the Company, Messrs. Robillard, Fontaine andDrolet will be standing for election as directors at the Meeting.

Marcel Robillard
Mr. Robillard is an experienced geologist with over 25years of experience in the mining industry. He has been the Presidentand CEO of Puma Exploration Inc. (TSXV:PUMA) in since 2009. Mr.Robilliard also serves on various boards of public mining companies,including Canadian Copper Inc. (CCI:CSE) and PEZM Gold Inc. (TSXV:PEZM.H) and previously served as a director of BWR Exploration from2016 to 2020. From 1998 to 2007, Marcel held the position of ProjectGeologist and Project Manager at Géominex, a geology and explorationconsulting Company, before taking on the role of President from 2007to 2015. Marcel has a B.Sc. in Geology and an M.Sc. in Earth Sciencesfrom the Université du Québec à Montreal, Canada.
Michel Fontaine
Mr. Fontaine is a private investor, entrepreneur, andindependent board member with broad experience in the financial andmining industries spanning over two decades. He is the founder ofWindfall in 2005 and previously served as its President and CEO from2015 and 2021, and remained involved with the Company as its salesmanager. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Fontaine worked at MerrillLynch and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. as a financial advisor. Mr. Fontainealso has extensive experience serving on the boards of public miningcompanies and has served on the board of Puma Exploration Inc.(TSXV:PUMA) since 2020. He also previously served on the boards ofMetanor Resources Inc., Everton Resources Inc. and Majescor ResourcesInc.
Mario Drolet
Mr. Drolet is a seasoned finance professional with over30 years of experience across capital markets and investor relationsglobally. He is the founder and president of MI3 FinancialCommunications Inc., in which capacity he hasworked with numerous mining companies providing financialcommunication and market intelligence services. Mr. Drolet has a trackrecord of fostering growth for small to medium sized public companiesby enhancing visibility, attracting investors, and facilitatingcapital-raising initiatives. He had also previously worked with theMontréal Exchange and CIBC Wood Gundy. In addition to his broadfinancial expertise, Mr. Drolet also serves on the boards of LeopardLake Gold Corp.
