Mr. Gill has twenty yearsof experience working with innovation and sustainability within theglobal mining industry. He works with the strategy firm Clareo to leadinnovation and growth projects for international Fortune 500 clientsacross multiple industries in the mining, oil and gas and heavyindustrial sectors. Kulvir also serves on the board of directors forCanada Nickel Company and the advisory boards of Summit Nanotech andZerv.
Kulvir was also the Founding Executive Director of the DevelopmentPartner Institute (DPI) to advance sustainability in the miningindustry and has also served as the Innovation Ecosystem Manager forthe Canadian Mining Innovation Council (CMIC).
He began his career as a management consultant withOliver Wyman before holding several positions with Barrick Goldinvolving supply chain management, post-merger integrations, strategicplanning, innovation and sustainability. He is also passionate aboutcommunity service, being the co-founder of the Seva Food Bank inMississauga. He serves on the boards of the William Osler HealthSystem, the Empire Club of Canada and the Sikh Research Institute.
